The cause of the above fire was arson. The extent of the damage included the roof, windows and door which all had to be replaced. Additionally, the inside of garage had to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all signs of burn marks and smoke order.

This is a basement that had experienced a sewer loss. Not only did STOP clean up the loss, but also rebuilt the basement and added a new bathroom. Design work was done by Suzanne Maviano ASID.

The above photos are of a home that had three feet of water in the basement. We estimate the water was there for 2-3 months. Everything had to be thrown away, and the entire basement had to be demolished, dried down and cleaned. The entire project took about 1.5 weeks. The extraction of personal items and demolition of the walls and floors took four days. The type of mold seen in the pictures is the worst kind and PPE was needed for anyone entering the area until the cleaning was completed.
